Entrance Framing
Commdoor offers both thermally and non-thermally broken entrance systems with a variety of profiles to suit a wide range of architectural applications.
Series 400 Framing System
Non-thermally broken glazed system. Profile dim. 1 3/4" x 4" (44.5 x 101.6mm) with 5/8" (15.9mm) fin.Non-thermally broken glazed system. Profile dim. 1 3/4" x 4" (44.5 x 101.6mm) with 5/8" (15.9mm) fin.
Compatibility: Designed to suit all standard doors and door hardware.
Finish: Most profiles are stocked in #17 clear and #40 bronze anodized. Other anodized and paint finishes available upon request.
Stock length: 24'-2" (7.37 meters).
Assembly: Designed for bracket assembly.
Anchoring: Refer to fabrication and installation manual.
Glazing: 400 series is designed for interior glazing applications and will accept single, sealed unit or laminated combinations up to a maximum thickness of 1 1/4" (32mm). Glass stop positions are not pre-drilled.
Series 1450 Framing System

Compatibility: Designed to suit all standard doors and door hardware.

Glazing: 2500 Series is an exterior/interior glazed system that accepts 15/16" (23.8mm), 1" (25.4mm) and 1 1/16" (27mm) sealed unit glass.
Specification: Meets or exceeds the performance levels specified in AAMA / WDMA / CSA 101 /1,5.2 /A440-08, NAFS - North American Fenestration Standard / Specifications for Windows.
